About Jacelyn

My Story

 

I’m an Executive Assistant based in Singapore, and my work has always been about people - understanding what they need, helping them stay focused, and bringing calm to busy days. I started this career not knowing how much it would shape me, but over the years I’ve learned that this role is more than tasks. It’s about trust, rhythm, and the small moments of clarity we help create.

I stepped into mentoring and speaking as the community around me grew. The more I shared, the more I realised how much I was learning too. Every EA I meet gives me something - a story, a lesson, a reminder that we’re all doing our best in a role that isn’t always understood.

These moments pushed me to create spaces for us: fireside chats, conversations, and little pockets of community where EAs can learn together and feel less alone. I believe our profession carries so much heart, and this website is my way of reflecting that - a warm, steady place for ideas, events, and shared learning that lift our whole community.
